Note: A TOP Server Version 4.x serial number is required to unlock this version for fully licensed use through our online registration center.  A TOP Server Version 5 activation ID will not unlock a TOP Server Version 4 product.  If you are reinstalling you should have your original V4 serial number.  If you have purchased a new TOP Server Version 4 license, our product delivery email and physical package includes a Version 4.x serial number in the format 2-29999-99999999999-9999.  If you need assistance please click here to submit a question to our support team.
